Abstract
⺠Half life of metaflumizone in soil varied from â¼20 to 150 d. ⺠Degradation faster under anaerobic condition compared to aerobic condition. ⺠Increased degradation with light exposure, increasing temperature and elevated atmospheric CO2 level. ⺠Degradation faster in Oxisol compared to Inceptisol. ⺠Major degradation products 4-cyanobenzoic acid and 4-trifluoro methoxy aniline.
