Abstract
⺠Highly active Sm3+/ZnO nanomaterials were synthesized by hydrothermal method. ⺠The hydrothermal and doping treatments significantly modified the properties of ZnO nanomaterials. ⺠The modified ZnO nanomaterial was applied as self-cleaning and sterilizing surfaces.
