Abstract
► The warming enhanced the P fluxes from sediment to water in wetland ecosystem. ► A build-up of P in porewater increased potential of P transport into overlying water. ► Warming increased the dominance of fungi, leading to secreting of phosphatase. ► Microbial activities in P-low sediments were highly susceptible to warming.
