Abstract
⺠A rapid and robust method for quantification of both pharmaceuticals and hormones. ⺠Good peak shapes, chromatographic separation and recoveries were achieved. ⺠E1 and E2 are converted to E3 by natural processes in surface water. ⺠Amoxicillin is more prone to degradation than other antibiotics. ⺠Ciprofloxacin and erythromycin are resistant to degradation.
