Abstract
⺠The cyanobacterium cell mass productivity reaches 1.7 g Lâ1 dâ1 under the highest DIC and nutrients level. ⺠The regeneration of alkaline solution can be achieved from pH 9.5 to 11.3, and affected by DICin directly. ⺠The highest ÎDIC (DIC consumption) and DIC removal efficiency are 42 mM and 43%, respectively. ⺠Nutrients enrichment affects the cell mass productivity slightly, but affects the ÎDIC and DIC removal efficiency apparently. ⺠A negative correlation between ÎDIC and cell weight is discovered in chemostat.
