Abstract
⺠Two-year cancer bioassays in rodents given dietary 2,4,6-trichlorophenol. ⺠Dietary levels to Fischer rats and B6C3F1 mice of 0%, 0.5%, 1.0% 2,4,6-TCP. ⺠Leukocytosis/monocytosis of peripheral blood, hyperplasia of bone marrow in rats. ⺠Liver cell abnormalities, altered foci, nodular hyperplasia in mice. ⺠2,4,6-Trichlorophenol exposures associated with leukemia/lymphoma and liver tumors.
