Abstract
⺠We present residue and contaminant results for two Australian aquaculture finfish species. ⺠Australian farmed Yellowtail Kingfish and Mulloway. ⺠Dioxins, PCBs, pesticides, veterinary medicines and metals. ⺠All results met Australian, Japanese and European Union regulatory standards.
