Abstract
⺠Vacuum dust contained a mixture of PCBs with total concentrations ranging from 8.8 to 1186.5 ng gâ1. ⺠Serum from 26 adult residents of these households had PCB levels ranging from <0.5 to 8.34 μg Lâ1. ⺠PCB concentrations in dust were positively correlated with serum levels in household occupants. ⺠The correlation between PCBs in dust and serum was strongest among infrequent consumers of Great Lake fish.
