Abstract
► Lower-chlorinated OH-PCBs were dominant in the blood of Japanese amberjacks. ► Higher-chlorinated OH-PCBs were the dominant in scalloped hammerhead sharks. ► 6OH-BDE47 and 2′OH-BDE68 were predominant isomers in two fish species. ► OH-PBDEs in Japanese amberjacks were higher than in hammerhead sharks. ► MeO-PBDEs and OH-PBDEs showed a significant positive correlation.
