Abstract
⺠Combined toxicity of PFOS, triclosan and pharmaceuticals. ⺠Most binary mixtures exhibited antagonistic or very antagonistic behaviour. ⺠Ternary mixtures were less antagonistic or synergistic. ⺠Triclosan, 2,4,6-trichlorophenol and PFOS showed a very strong synergism. ⺠The risk may be underestimated by additive approaches.
