Abstract
⺠Ni treatments to Brassica juncea L. revealed synthesis of BRs like 24-Epibrassinolide, Castasterone, Dolicholide and Typhasterol. ⺠Foliar spray of isolated 24-EBL on Ni treated plants, lowered metal uptake significantly. ⺠Applications of 24-EBL to Ni-treated plants strengthened defense system of Brassica plants.
