Abstract
⺠TCs can interact with lysozyme with one binding site to form complex. ⺠Electrostatic forces play a major role in the formation of complex. ⺠TCs interact with the key active-site residues Glu 35 or Asp 52 in lysozyme cleft. ⺠Lysozyme's secondary structure and microenvironment were altered for bound TCs.
