Abstract
⺠We compare four ecotoxicological assays which were applied to assess soil pollution. ⺠A novel method is suggested: soil plate bioassay (SPB). ⺠The SPB assay can be a new alternative to conventionally used ecotoxicity test. ⺠SPB offers an important advantage: it's simple, sensitive, rapid and economic.
