Abstract
⺠Dimethoate exposure resulted in oxidative stress condition in Oncorhynchus mykiss. ⺠Induced stress could not be handled well as supported by high TBARS concentration. ⺠Decrease in tissue protein levels was assumed as a general stress response. ⺠The genotoxic nature of dimethoate was confirmed by in vitro comet assay.
