Abstract
⺠Effects of cypermethrin induced oxidative stress and endocrine disruption in mice were studied. ⺠SOD, GPX, CAT activities and their mRNA levels increased in the livers of cypermethrin-treated mice. ⺠mRNA levels of StAR and P450 17α in testes and serum testosterone levels decreased in cypermethrin-treated mice. ⺠These data will be helpful in elucidating the mechanism of toxicity induced by cypermethrin.
