Abstract
⺠Structureâactivity of monoterpenes against Ae. aegypti larvae. ⺠Heteroatoms in the monoterpene structure decreases potency. ⺠Conjugated and exo double bonds appear to increase larvicidal potency. ⺠Hydroxyls in the cyclic structure resulted in decreased potency. ⺠Limonene exhibited the highest larvicidal activity.
