Abstract
⺠Naphthol-AS derivative toxicity was studied by the Hydractinia echinata test system. ⺠The possible enzymatic hydrolysis mechanism of these compounds was discussed. ⺠Compound substituents can influence the hydrolysis rate. ⺠The degradation speed of low toxic compounds is slower. ⺠Hydractinia echinata can be used as practical method for toxicity assays.
