Abstract
This is the SEM photograph of molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres (MIPMs). MIPMs were prepared by suspension polymerization and used as selective sorbents for the solid-phase extraction of gonyautoxins 2,3. An off-line MISPE method followed by high-performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection for the analysis of gonyautoxins 2,3 was established. The extract samples from Alexandrium tamarense were analyzed by molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction.
