Abstract
⺠We evaluate acid mist alone and acid mist plus fluoranthene effects on pine needles. ⺠Acid mist more damages pine needles if fluoranthene was additionally sprayed. ⺠The suppression of the mixture of pollutants effects are achieved with mannitol. ⺠Mannitol could be useful for protecting pine trees from air pollutants.
