Abstract
⺠Calibration of POCIS for the monitoring of pharmaceuticals in hospital wastewater. ⺠Uptake profile presents a shorter linear phase in wastewater than in tap water. ⺠Influence of Rs values by temperature, flow velocity and bio-fouling. ⺠Correlation between concentrations estimated from POCIS or measured in TWA samples. ⺠Deployment period should be no longer than five days.
