Abstract
⺠The polyculture constructed wetland has the higher contribution to CH4 emission. ⺠The CH4-C conversion ranged from 0 to 3.7%. ⺠The Z. latifolia played important roles in methanotrophs growth and CH4 consumption. ⺠Major influence of T-N, TOC and plant cover on CH4 emission was obtained.
