Abstract
⺠Aggregation of TiO2 byproducts up to 700 μm in the medium of exposure. ⺠Bioaccumulation of titanium in worms exposed at 10 mg/L of TiO2 byproducts. ⺠Increasing expression of metallothionein and superoxide dismutase mRNA. ⺠Induction of apoptotic activity in worms exposed at 10 mg/L of TiO2 byproducts. ⺠Decrease of cÅlomocytes phagocytosis starting from 0.1 mg/L of TiO2 byproducts.
