Abstract
In Filtration + Separation September 2005 [4207], we looked at the role that woven fabrics are playing in the development of medical devices. We now look at how membranes themselves are used in this field (Membrana's Stefan Breiter – page 32), but Brendan Hogan of Filtertek begins with an insight into where nonwovens find their place.
