Abstract
Comparing with other large exorheic rivers (e.g. the Yangtze, Brahmaputra, Ganges), the inland rivers in the northern and northeastern Tibetan Plateau have evidently different chemical weathering features. The average contribution from evaporite dissolution is over 50%, and silicate weathering is relatively weak.121
