Abstract
⺠Despite the land policies, nutrients input were increased from 1993 to 2008. ⺠Farmland policy has advantages on nutrient usage efficiency and pollution discharge. ⺠Correlations of nutrients input and output was analysed by Mitscherlich model. ⺠Increasing nutrients in land of smallholder has less expectation on crop uptake.
