Abstract
⺠8-Hydroxy-2`-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) is a sensitive biomarker of DNA oxidative damage. ⺠Urinary 8-OHdG determination is confounded by trace content and complex matrix. ⺠High extraction efficiency and selectivity were exhibited for the prepared monolith used as extraction sorbent. ⺠Coupled to capillary electrophoresis, a precise approach was developed for urinary 8-OHdG determination. ⺠106 subjects with relative low 8-OHdG excretions were analyzed successfully.
