Abstract
⺠Different In vitro tests were applied to evaluate the toxic effects of airborne PM10. ⺠Microtox® with Vibrio fischeri is a good first screening test to assess air quality. ⺠PM10-sorbed PCDD/Fs and metals were not associated with genotoxicity. ⺠Traffic and environmental temperature play a key role in ecotoxicity values.
