Abstract
⺠We developed a vertical, two-dimensional hydrodynamic and fecal coliform model. ⺠The fate and transport of fecal coliform in a tidal estuary were investigated. ⺠Model sensitivity analysis indicated that the mortality rate plays an important role in the distribution of fecal coliform.
