Abstract
⺠Nitrosamines in disinfected drinking water in three Chinese cities were investigated. ⺠Some nitrosamines could be detected in raw water. ⺠Advanced treatment affects nitrosamine levels both positively and negatively. ⺠Organic matters contribute to increased nitrosamine level. ⺠Nitrosamine levels in this study were below the EPA MAC but are still significant.
