Abstract
⺠The labile pool of Pb in alluvial soils ranges from 9 to 56% of the total pool. ⺠The lability of Pb (as %) is negatively correlated with soil pH. ⺠Evidence for post-depositional vertical migration of petrol-derived Pb was found. ⺠Petrol Pb is enriched in the labile and pore water pools compared to the total pool.
