► We present a multimedia exposure model for mapping environmental disparities. ► We perform a risk assessment on a region of France at a fine scale for three metals. ► We examine exposure determinants and detect vulnerable population. ► The largest risk values correspond to an industrial site and a city agglomeration. ► Vegetation ingestion and soil contamination are the principal exposure determinants.
