Abstract
⺠The adaptive-iterative design (AID) examines nonlinear variable response to stressors. ⺠AID reduces the amount of a priori knowledge and size of experimental design. ⺠An easy to use R-code program to identify greater- and less-than additive effects. ⺠Accurate determination of direction and magnitude of individual and interactive effects. ⺠We report that binary interactions are the best predictors of higher order mixture effects.
