Abstract
⺠Aqueous plasticizer leaching studied for several series of PVC plasticizers. ⺠Compared gravimetric analysis and gas chromatography analysis leaching measurement methods. ⺠Potential “green” plasticizers were compared to the common industrial plasticizer DEHP. ⺠Two succinate plasticizers showed reduced aqueous leaching rates compared to DEHP. ⺠Dihexyl maleate and DINCH showed reduced aqueous leaching rates compared to DEHP.
