Abstract
⺠Exposure-related information is available for less than one-fifth of chemicals with toxicity information. ⺠An even smaller fraction has readily accessible concentrations in exposure-related media. ⺠Resources have been focused on substances thought to pose a hazard to human health. ⺠Available exposure data are insufficient to inform risk assessment and public health decision making. ⺠Increased data sharing is needed to widen the breadth of available exposure data.
