Abstract
A new method for the synthesis of super hydrophilic and acid-proof zeolite membranes is suggested. The method is simultaneous incorporation of Ge and Al into Silicalite-1 framework. The obtained Ge-ZSM-5 membranes are acid-proof and show very high separation factor and high fluxes for organic aqueous solution such as acetic acid and ethanol solution.73
