Abstract
⺠Multiple effects of policies for air pollution control in China are modeled. ⺠Four percent of national mortality can be avoided from reduced PM concentrations. ⺠China's PM control increases acidification risk even with reduced SO2 emission. ⺠China's current policies are unlikely to reduce risk of climate warming.
