Abstract
⺠We developed a new framework to derive the quantified spatial vulnerability. ⺠The vulnerability considered the impacts of climate change. ⺠They quantified flood damage, drought damage, and water quality deterioration. ⺠Driver-Pressure-State-Impact-Response framework was applied to select all indicators. ⺠Four indices were calculated by the TOPSIS, a multi-attribute decision analysis.
