Abstract
⺠The exposure to house dust endotoxin is a risk of airways' inflammation. ⺠There are few data on the environmental source of endotoxin. ⺠Human, in particular the newborn, could release endotoxin. ⺠The endotoxin concentration of the mattresses increased after 6 months of life. ⺠Therefore the newborn could be a source of house dust's endotoxin.
