Abstract
⺠Multi-element analysis of 1300 moose incisors using laser ablation ICP-MS. ⺠Three element groupings explain 50% of tooth composition variation among regions. ⺠Regional differences in tooth composition. ⺠Elemental composition does not explain tooth declines in Atlantic Canada. ⺠Moose resource quality may explain increased incisor tooth breakage patterns.
