Abstract
⺠Higher levels of AhR in Leydig, sertoli and spermatid cells of infertile men. ⺠Antagonistic relationships between AhR overexpression in Leydig cells and AR. ⺠Inactivation of ER, PgR and AR in AhR positive testicular cells. ⺠Significant association between MMP9 and AhR in Leydig cells of unexplained infertile men. ⺠AhR deregulates other genes which is a responsible mechanism in unexplained male infertility.
