Abstract
⺠First Ag fluxes in the Gironde Estuary watershed. ⺠Geochemical background of Ag in SPM from the studied system expressed as Ag/Th = 0.026. ⺠Anthropogenic components in particulate Ag fluxes ranged from 24% to 99%. ⺠The estimated anthropogenic surface-specific Ag flux was 1.14-682 g/km2/a. ⺠The estimated anthropogenic population-specific Ag flux was 0.028-6.05 g/person/a.
