Abstract
Effect of surface modification of PVDF microfiltration membranes by PPO-b-PSBMA copolymer on resistance to fibrinogen adsorption and platelets adhesion. The modified surface resists the adsorption of plasma protein through the establishment of a hydration layer surrounding the hydrophilic segments of the copolymer, and therefore presents an improved hemocompatibility.194
