Abstract
⺠New HPAEC-PAD method for identifying and quantifying 2-methyltetrols. ⺠The size distributions of 2-methyltetrols exhibited a unimodal pattern. ⺠2-Methylerythritol correlated excellently with 2-methylthreitol. ⺠Similar isomeric fractions of the 2-methyltetrols were obtained in all particle sizes.
