Abstract
⺠Linear mixed models can be used to identify influences to measurement variance. ⺠Variance observed for VOCs is largely explained by seasonal and regional effects. ⺠Effects on variance from large-emission sources are limited to some PM components. ⺠Central sites do not show the spatial/temporal trends of PM components in Detroit.
