Abstract
► We compared dynamometer tested vehicle emission pattern with MOVES project-level simulated pattern. ► The history effect of vehicle running does indeed change emissions. ► The VSP-based model predicts emissions without taking history effects into account. ► The higher the power, the greater variability of emissions due to the history effect.
