Abstract
⺠Two Peclet numbers were derived to explain the UFP collection efficiency of canopies. ⺠The two Peclet numbers are described from conventional flow and canopy properties. ⺠Analytical predictions and wind tunnel measurements agree to within 20%. ⺠Model parameters bounded between gases and particles with larger than UFP diameters.
