Abstract
⺠Fog water collectors can provide water to arid zones with persistent fog. ⺠Two key features of FWC are the mesh shade coefficient and the kind of fibers used. ⺠A new model analyzes the effect of these factors on the efficiency of the FWC. ⺠Model shows there is a maximum efficiency depending on the mesh shade coefficient. ⺠Efficiency can be increased by improving the aerodynamics of the FWC.
