Abstract
⺠Measurements of aerosol optical properties in Eastern Mediterranean are presented. ⺠Maximum values of bsp are observed during summer, minimum during winter. ⺠bap was found to have maximum values in August, minimum in June. ⺠Assuming AS and POM as the only scattering species, bsp can be well reconstructed. ⺠Mineral dust particles can contribute significantly to bap at visible wavelengths.
