Abstract
⺠New modified thin layer membranes were prepared. ⺠Acrylic acid and UV-irradiation were employed for completion the modification. ⺠Anti fouling property of modified membranes was improved significantly. ⺠Flux and rejection capability of the membranes were increased after modification. ⺠The hydrophilicity of the modified membranes was enhanced during the modification.
