Abstract
⺠We developed membrane based method for the separation of uranium from thorium. ⺠Consistency of transport is achieved by renewable liquid membrane technique. ⺠Hydraulic pressure of working solutions is used to avoid organic phase migration. ⺠Uranium is also decontaminated from lanthanides and other common impurities. ⺠Model equation of transport is derived for wider applicability of this method.
